The problem is to know what the bad variables are, and how to eliminate them.  Here is an example of what I am saying - for this example,  we will assume that your embroidery machine is in good working order,  that you have learned the embroidery basics and are using the correct embroidery stabilizer methods and have good quality polyester embroidery thread and stabilizers.  So you sew out a design and the results aren't too bad, an outline that is off a little and there are a few parts that don't line up exactly.  So what now?

But I wanted a cappuccino.  Sue wanted a latte.  Time to figure out how to steam the milk.

Sue is always dieting, so she wants nonfat milk.  I found out that low fat and nonfat milk foam really easily.  Whole milk takes more practice. Same thing with half and half if you want a breve.

Some espresso machines have a built in steam nozzle and some don't.  You may need to buy a separate steamer.  I recommend getting an espresso machine with one built in.  Saves space.

The first thing to do is to put that stainless steel pitcher and milk into the refrigerator to get cold.  Injection Machine Screw Barrel Always start with them cold.  And then my next learning curve came with remembering to fill the pitcher about a third to a half full.  Milk expands really well when it's steamed.  It takes only once for it to foam up, overflow and hit the floor to remember to start with a pitcher no more than half full.

One day I volunteered to go on a trip with a friend of mind to watch a demo of a simple machine that promised much with minimum output on the part of the user. When I tried this machine called a Chi Machine I had an amazing experience.

That's it. Total cleansing of body, mind, and spirit twice a day. Six years later my machine has paid itself over many times in physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits.

So for those of you who find it difficult to keep a proper Yoga, Pilates, or Tai Chi routine perhaps this might be for you. Be warned though that you have to create a habit. I estimate that one month of use can get you into the habit.
